Working with children has always been a passion of mine, so when I was offered the opportunity to work with a diverse and loving community, I took it without hesitation. Even after all these years, I still learn new and wonderful things from the children as well as the great staff. I couldn't imagine working anywhere else but Mainspring!

I have been teaching for fifteen years now because my passion is to work with children. I love teaching and learning, and these students can also teach me along the way. I love working at Mainspring because I love their mission and everything it stands for.

Having over fifteen years of experience in the Education field and holding many titles all over Austin, I believe that no two children learn the same but every child can be taught. Mainspring holds that moral, along with other values that align with my beliefs as an advocate for young children. Fostering growing minds through independence and creativity is my passion and I am excited to share that with your family.

I have worked at Mainspring for almost two years now, and I don’t think I can see myself working anywhere else! I love the kids and it is my mission to make sure they have the best day, every day here. I teach the children to respect on another and I teach those ways to understand their emotions.
